How Does It Work?
Hypnosis helps you access your subconscious mind - the part of you where deep beliefs, emotions and habits are stored. Often described as a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility, hypnosis allows you to gently reframe limiting patterns, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful shifts. By aligning your subconscious with your goals, you can unlock your potential and take empowered steps toward lasting positive change, personal growth and balance.
Sessions
My approach is designed to deliver meaningful and lasting change through a structured process of at least three sessions, with some cases requiring four. This multi-session framework allows us to address root causes, make profound adjustments and fully integrate positive changes.

​Sessions are up to 90 minutes in duration and cost R1,200 per session. My office is located within the serene Pezula Nature Retreat (spa entrance) in Knysna.
